Shipping policy

 

  • Final Sale: No cancellations, returns, or refunds unless an item is defective.

  • Reporting Issues: Must be reported within 2 weeks of delivery (3 months for undelivered orders). Issues reported after this cannot be assisted.

  • Damaged Orders: Keep the box and all packaging for shipping claims. If original packaging is discarded, we cannot file a claim and you may be responsible for re-shipment costs.

  • Vinyl Records: Seam splits may occur in transit. To prevent this, request shipping outside the jacket at checkout.

  • International Orders: Prices do not include customs/import duties. Expect to pay additional charges upon delivery.

  • Processing Time: In-stock items ship within 5–7 business days. Shipping method does not affect processing speed. No rush processing available.

  • Pre-Orders: Estimated ship dates are shown on product pages and may change. Orders with pre-order + in-stock items ship when all items are ready. Separate orders are required for multiple shipments.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped. USPS tracking may take several days to update.

  • Insurance: USPS Media Mail and First Class International do not include insurance. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages with these methods. For coverage, select Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

  • International First Class: Limited tracking, no insurance, and may take up to 6+ weeks. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or returned shipments. Re-shipment fees apply.
